Flat fees only

BillComb charges a flat, fixed fee per case, stated before you pay. We never charge a percentage of any amount saved or recovered, and we never take a contingency fee.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of BillComb will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
